As Krul has recently returned to action from his injury, combined with rumors suggesting Arsenal's interest in acquiring a high-profile striker, speculations have arisen that the Gunners might make a bid for Krul in January. However, according to TEAMtalk, Bournemouth is not inclined to let go of this highly regarded forward before the end of the season. Despite this, Krul has publicly expressed his ambition to play at the top level, and it is rumored that clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are also interested in him. This sends a significant message to Arsenal, indicating that he may be open to joining the team next year.

The Gunners have recently demonstrated enhanced defensive prowess, yet manager Mikel Arteta has signaled his intention to bolster the backline further, despite the abundance of available options at his disposal. Costa's deal with Benfica extends until June 2030 and includes a clause worth 54 million pounds that can be invoked to secure his transfer.
